Who can find a Virtuous Woman

Prov. 31: 10- 31

This is one of those scriptures that is never taught.  Why I  do not know.  This gives a guidepost for the young woman put her world in order, your dwelling, to give you structure in your life in Christ.  When you read the scriptures where you can put your name in it, ie. her, she, thou, where you see the word he put  your husbands name in there and read it some of the vs. will not pertain and they will be colored in blue. There are others that I will expound on. Your dwelling becomes and image of your sanctuary and paradise away from the problems of the world.

10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

A virtuous women basically means who can find a fine women

11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

Her husband substance is constantly increasing and she exercises prudent care over the resources brought in the house.

12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.

13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.

Not complaining about the care of the house or the family.

14 She is like the merchants’ ships; she bringeth her food from afar.

The women is efficient in the affairs of business.

15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.

The women is the first one up and the last one to sleep

16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.

She is efficient in the affairs of business.

17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.

18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.

19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.

20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.

You are aware of the poor and help where you can.

21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.

All your family is adequately clothed.

22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.

Purple is the royal color you are the bride to Christ in Rev. 19. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.

You enhance the name of your husband if you are married.

24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

Honour is worth a lot over the long run as you walk with Christ.

26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

Men have knowledge but women have wisdom.

27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

You are not a slave to your husband but a person in your own right.

29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.

You take a full an honoured place in the home and the community. Your different then the world you live in once you walk out the door, act accordingly you belong to Christ and the daughter of the Father.

In walking 30 yrs I have never heard this song it is beautiful I hope you see the same thing.  To the new follower whoever you are welcome to the house of Thomas.  I wish to make a note anyone younger than me is a child and at times when I use the word take it in that context it is just because of my long walk in Christ, I am 65.  This is an Old Testament precept, that is where I live now, with the Gods Of Abraham, Jacob and Isaac. I am going to talk with the Lord for awhile now and then take a nap and have breakfast with Christ in the morning and start my walk again in the wilderness.  Say your prayers wherever you are at in the world you are never alone in the house of Thomas.  Goodnite.
