We are going to look at a snippet of a 48 minute sermon that is nothing but babble.  This is on the Law of Moses and how we cannot fulfill the Law, so Christ came to fulfill it for us through His witness on the Cross.

This is your regular sunday church anywhere in America or around the world that never gives the correctness of what the Word is talking about.  There are five pastors in this church for a group of 800 people give or take.  They call themselves non-denominational which does not mean anything they are still under the covering of the parent church in this case the Baptist church.  Also they all come from the same college of thought.

His sermon today was on the Law of Moses and how we cannot fulfill it so Christ came to fulfill it for us. Twenty eight minute of dribble and no one raised their hand to ask one simple question?

What Law are we talking about?

You google up the Law of Moses and you will find out that there are around 612 laws that governed the lives of the Jews, from sanitary conditions to political and economic parameters to religious services.  They had their own system of taxes and governance of their everyday lives.

What Law are you talking about?

He asked the people to open their Bibles to the following scripture; Joshua 1:8

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

The one thing, or a couple of things he does not tell you is the context of Joshua chapter one, the time it was written, he does not tell you about the two commandments that come from the Ten Commandments.  He makes it a point to land on the word prosperous this is a veiled reference to prosperity theology.  You fill my coffers and the Lord is going to give you a platinum credit card and all your troubles are over.  He does not work and goes all over the land to conferences and tells you all about the sights and sounds that he has seen.  Then on occasions he acknowledges someone’s baby or whatever in the audience to give everyone that warm and fuzzy feeling of belonging. While we sit at home and struggle with everyday life with our jobs, family and other concerns.

Chapter one of Joshua was written when he was commanded to cross the river Jordan and return to land of their inheritance to rebuild the second temple of Jerusalem.  This was in the year around 587 BC when King Cyrus released the Jews out of exile to go home and rebuild the Temple that King Nebuchadnezzar destroyed hundreds of years earlier.

So what Law is this pastor talking about?

His eyes are blinded to the two commandments that make up the 612 laws from the Ten Commandments.

  • You shall have no other Gods but me.
  • You shall not make for yourself any idol, nor bow down to it or worship it.

The Jews at the time were under the Muslim caliphate which had their own gods they worshipped.  You see the names in the bible, Chumash, Bel and Beal.  The Jews were monotheistic, one Creator, one God, one Son.  They had another sect in Babylon at the time composed of Jews that were anti- Talmud, anti- oral tradition they were called Karaites which over the years they became Muslim and to this day there are some still in Babylon.  The Karaites were their heirs of the Sadducees just for fyi.

Next time you think about it. Ask yourself this one question?  Why is the Vatican making overtures to the Muslim nations and sidestepping the Jewish people.  Why does the Vatican have ten thousand saints that you pray to?  This is no different from the pastor that I am referring to.  What god does he worship?

I worship the first two commandments that is my Lord and God the Creator of my life the Alpha and Omega of my birth and death.  You fast forward to John 7:19;

Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?

Were we killing Christ because we could not keep the 612 laws of the Talmund.  I do no think so.  It is because man can not keep the two laws of Moses.

This is the law that Christ was the Law of Moses that Christ was talking about. One God, one Creator it is not a question of how you dress or what you look like but what god do you worship.

Then the pastor makes a statement, Law not good, excuse me I don’t think I am a caveman.  Why are you talking to me like a child.

An hour tirade and it is all dribble, he gives you nothing of the history or the context of the first chapter of Joshua either by neglect or he is a charlatan like the rest who live off the backs of the common person and dresses in this case nice suits.

What Law is he talking about?  He has no clue or he is lying to you by not telling you the full context of anything.

The war in Revelations on a macro level is going to between the Muslim caliphate and the gods of Rome against the Jewish people.  That is and has been the fight for thousand of years.  Control of your mind and spirit to man’s gods and goddesses to keep you in darkness.  To take your wealth and soul this is the fight in America today and around the world.

Some will hear these words some will not.  For me there are no other gods that pass through my doors except the Lord of the first Two Commandments.  Everything past my door is in a foreign land. I am only here for a short time.

This pastor is holding the Dead Man’s Hand and you are playing along with him.

Me, I wear shorts a nice shirt and sandals year round and listen to 60’s music but I know who Christ is and what He was talking about it is simple it is not complicated.

Unus deus Creator unus est Christus—One God, one Creator, one Christ.
