To the elect saints and ladies that live across this land. Hope everyone had a blessed day and prospered in the knowledge of the Lord. We left off in the book of Jude, verse 9. Where we see that as Christians we cannot judge a person but we can judge the institutions that created the person. Our Lord in all his majesty is the only one who can judge a person’s heart.
Michael the Archangel appears again in Daniel 12 in a vision to Daniel. We see this in the first verse;
12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation [even] to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
Although Michael is mentioned, this is another angel not identified. The angel is saying that the church will be going into a time of trouble never seen before. The Lord will send His angel who is Michael to protect the Israelites. As we saw when the Jews were in the desert for 40 years. However, God will protect the Israelites and the saints of the Gentiles; as proclaimed by the Gospels.
Angels are created beings and Christ is part of the Trinity remember this. Sometimes men are called angels, 1 Samuel 29:9, Galatians 4:14 and sometimes angels are called men Genesis 32:24. A messenger is someone who brings you Truth of the Bible. The angel was telling Daniel that the holy people would be scattered for a time and a time and a half. At that time Christ will return as our Redemer and Salvation to those that remain faithful to the Lord.
Time, time and a half signifies 1260 prophetic days or years, beginning from the time when the power of the holy people will be scattered. The imposture of Mohammed and the papal usurpation began about the same time; these were a twofold attack upon the church of God.
In the last verse (Daniel 12: 13); the angel warns Daniel to patiently go about his everyday business until the time appointed comes, signifying that he would depart this life, and rise again with the elect when God had sufficiently humbled and purged his Church.
“But go thou thy way till the end [be]: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days”
Look at Christ and tell him, I am a sinner, I want to follow you, forgive me for my sins and the sins of those committed against me. I believe at that point you are reborn and Christ will advocate for you in the Throne room.
Tomorrow we continue with Michael the archangel in Revelation 12. Remember to dine in the Throne room with your Father, ask questions and say your prayers. If you do not know Christ, ask Him into your life.
